A comprehensive Feng Shui consultation requires gathering specific, detailed information about both the occupants and the structure to create an accurate energetic assessment (often using Flying Stars or Ba Zhai methods).
1. Property Details
* Scale Floor Plan: A, accurate, sketched or architectural floor plan showing the layout, including room functions.
* Construction Date: The year the building was originally constructed.
* Renovation Dates: Years of any major renovations that altered the footprint, roof, or foundation.
* Move-in Date: The date the current residents moved into the property.
* Address: The exact location of the property.
* Compass Readings: Precise magnetic degrees of the building's facing direction, usually taken with a Chinese Lopan compass (or, if doing a remote consultation, a phone compass).
* Exterior/Interior Photos & Videos: Clear, wide-angle photos showing the surrounding landscape, neighboring buildings, and interior layout.
